Download Help:
After an instant purchase or cart purchase, you will receive an e-mail with a link to the customer download area and the password to retrieve your downloads. If you do not get this e-mail right away (don’t forget to check your bulk/spam folder), you can still access your downloads.
Here’s how:
Log in to your PayPal account
find the transaction with payment made to Designs by Vickie and click on “details”
copy the transaction ID -this is the download retrieval password
go to the client download area
enter the e-mail address of the paypal account you paid with and paste the transaction ID into the password field - you will now be able to access your download(s).

Sharing download links with others is digital piracy - you are allowed multiple download attempts in the event that your browser or the server times out.
